Returns made simple.
We want you to be happy with your Skrubz purchase. All returns and exchanges are handled through our returns portal. See the requirements and options below before you start.
14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to start an eligible return or exchange.

To be eligible, your items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, in their original condition, with all original tags attached and original packaging where applicable.

Checkout Plus
An optional £2.00 add-on at checkout that covers the cost of future returns.
Checkout Plus
Add Checkout Plus to your order at checkout and your future eligible return can be sent back at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Your return label is issued through our returns portal via Royal Mail.
If you added Checkout Plus at checkout, your eligible return is covered at no additional cost.
If you didn't add Checkout Plus, a £4.00 surcharge fee applies to cover your return.
Instant Exchanges
Need a different size or style? Our instant exchange option lets you receive your replacement before your original item reaches us.
Choose your exchange
Select the size or style you'd like through the returns portal.
We send your replacement
We place a temporary hold on your card for the exchanged item and send your replacement.
Return your original
Send your original item back within 14 days and the card hold will be released.
How to Return an Item
All returns and exchanges start in our returns portal. You'll need:
- Your order number
- The email address used when placing your order
From there, you can choose to receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.
Please start your return within the 14-day return period. Returns started after this period may not be accepted.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether it meets our return requirements.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Store credit is issued as a Shopify gift card, ready to use on your next order.
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been worn, used, washed or otherwise handled in a way that makes them unsuitable for resale.
