Delivery on Orders Placed on Our Website
When you place an order on skrubz.com, you will be shown the delivery options available for your location during the checkout process.
The delivery charge will be applied in addition to the price of the Items you purchase. The amount you pay for delivery will depend on the delivery option selected at checkout.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes
If you are ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes or other fees imposed by the country of destination.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities in your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Skrubz is not responsible for the payment of any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply to your order.
We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an international order if you are unsure about the duties and taxes that may apply.
Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or wrong recipient as a result of incomplete, inaccurate or incorrect information provided at the time of ordering.
Delivery Times
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout.
However, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control. These may include:

Public Holidays & Non-Delivery Days
Deliveries are not made on public holidays and certain UK bank holidays, including:
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
- New Year's Day
- Other applicable public and bank holidays
When a public or bank holiday falls within the expected delivery period, delivery may take longer than usual.
Please allow an additional working day for each applicable non-delivery day when calculating your estimated delivery date. For the purposes of this policy, a working day means Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and applicable public or bank holidays.
